安全交底內(nèi)容：
1、 木工安裝模板應(yīng)戴安全帽。
2、 使用木工機(jī)械進(jìn)行模板加工時(shí)，雙手要互相配合，不要猛拉；送料時(shí)手不宜進(jìn)入臺(tái)面，按料時(shí)手不宜超過(guò)鋸口；加工短料時(shí)，應(yīng)用手推棍送料。
3、 禁止利用拉桿、支撐攀登上下。
4、 模板及其支架在安裝過(guò)程中，必須設(shè)置臨時(shí)固定設(shè)施，嚴(yán)防傾覆。
5、 高處、復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)模板的拆除，應(yīng)有專人指揮和切實(shí)的安全措施，并在下面標(biāo)出作業(yè)區(qū)，嚴(yán)禁非操作人員進(jìn)入作業(yè)區(qū)。
6、 嚴(yán)禁在同一垂直面上操作，拆除時(shí)應(yīng)逐塊拆卸，不得成片松動(dòng)和撬落或拉倒；拆除平臺(tái)、樓層板的底模時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)臨時(shí)支撐，防止大片模板墜落，尤其是拆柱模時(shí)，操作人員應(yīng)站在門(mén)窗洞口往外拉拆，更應(yīng)嚴(yán)防突然全部掉落傷人。
7、 嚴(yán)禁站在懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)上面敲拆底模。
8、 拆模時(shí)應(yīng)防止釘子扎傷。
9、 拆模完工前，不得留下松動(dòng)和懸掛的模板，拆下的模板應(yīng)及時(shí)集中堆放。
10、圓盤(pán)鋸要經(jīng)檢查驗(yàn)收合格后才能使用。
