交底內(nèi)容   瀝青灑布車作業(yè)
檢查機(jī)械、灑布裝置及防護(hù)、防火設(shè)備是否齊全有效。采用固定式噴燈向?yàn)r青箱的火管加熱時(shí)，應(yīng)先打開瀝青箱上的煙囪口，并在液態(tài)瀝青淹 沒火管后方可點(diǎn)燃噴燈。加熱噴燈的火焰過大或擴(kuò)散蔓延時(shí)應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉噴燈，待多余的燃油燒盡后再行使用。噴燈使用前，應(yīng)先封閉吸油管及進(jìn)料口，手提噴燈點(diǎn)燃后不得接近易燃品。滿載瀝青的灑布車應(yīng)中速行駛。遇有彎道、下坡時(shí)應(yīng)提前減速，盡量避免緊急制動(dòng)，行駛時(shí)嚴(yán)禁使用加熱系統(tǒng)。駕駛員與機(jī)上操作人員應(yīng)密切配合，操作人員應(yīng)注意自身的安全。作業(yè)時(shí)在噴灑瀝青方向10m以內(nèi)不得有人停留。
瀝青灑布機(jī)作業(yè)
工作前應(yīng)將灑布機(jī)車輪固定，檢查高壓膠管與噴油管聯(lián)接是否牢固，油嘴和節(jié)門是否暢通，機(jī)件有無損壞，檢查確認(rèn)完好后，再將噴油管預(yù)熱，安裝噴頭，結(jié)實(shí)在油箱內(nèi)試噴后，方可正式噴灑。裝載熱瀝青的油涌應(yīng)堅(jiān)固不得漏油，其裝油量要低于桶口10cm，向?yàn)⒉紮C(jī)油箱注油時(shí)，油桶要靠穩(wěn)，在油箱口緩慢向下倒油，不得猛倒。噴灑瀝青時(shí)，手握的噴油管部分應(yīng)加纏舊麻袋或石棉繩等隔熱材料，操作時(shí)，噴頭嚴(yán)禁向上。噴頭附近不得站人，不得逆風(fēng)扣作。壓油時(shí)，速度要均勻，海里突然加快，噴油中斷時(shí)，應(yīng)將噴頭放在灑布機(jī)油箱內(nèi)，固定好噴管，不得滑動(dòng)。移動(dòng)灑布機(jī)，油箱中的瀝青不得過滿。噴灑瀝青時(shí)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)噴頭堵塞或其他故障，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉閥門，等修理完好后再行作業(yè)。人工拌和作業(yè)應(yīng)使用鐵壺或長柄勺倒油，壺嘴或勺口不應(yīng)提行過高，防止熱油濺起傷人。
瀝青混合料拌和設(shè)備作業(yè)應(yīng)遵守下列規(guī)定：
（1） 作業(yè)前，熱料提升斗、攪拌器及各種稱斗內(nèi)不得有存料；
（2） 配有濕式除塵系統(tǒng)的拌和設(shè)備其除塵系統(tǒng)的水泵應(yīng)完好。并保證噴水量穩(wěn)定且不中斷。
（3） 卸料斗處于地下底坑時(shí)，應(yīng)防止坑內(nèi)積水淹沒電器元件。
拌合機(jī)啟動(dòng)、停機(jī)，必須按規(guī)定程序進(jìn)行。點(diǎn)火失效時(shí)，

Asphalt distributor machine operation

Asphalt Mixing Plant operations shall comply with the following provisions:
