施工安全防護措施補充方案
根據2005年4月14日在我項目部召開的會議精神，并結合各站段所提出的具體防護要求，為確保跨鐵路施工的安全，對原上報施工方案中安全防護措施不足之處進行以下補充:
一、站場內：
1、認真組織各級作業人員學習鐵路營業線施工安全管理規定，制定跨線作業區域操作規程，培訓學習有關封閉作業要領。
2、施工前,在鐵路限界外設置圍擋,避免施工過程中的機械設備和材料侵入鐵路限界內。
3、施工區兩側距相鄰線路中心線不少于3.5m，沿施工區界設置限界欄桿，所有施工作業和人員必須在限界以內施工。
4、施工區采用10cm砼鋪面，以保護地下各種鐵路設施。
5、進入施工區需拆除A線橋下鐵路圍墻一段，在拆除圍墻處便道側設置道口看守房，派專人24小時執班，嚴格執行《鐵路道口管理暫行規定》，禁止非施工人員和機械進入施工區。
6、鉆孔樁施工時采用長護筒，護筒長度不得小于6.0米。并采用成孔效率高，污染小的旋挖鉆進行施工，減少施工振動對鐵路產生的影響，泥漿臬置于站場范圍以外，鉆孔的泥漿采用泥漿車及時清運，防止四處流溢，浸泡道床及路基。
7、承臺開挖前，對于靠近鐵路側在4米以內距離的墩位，必須進行固化壓漿及鋼板樁、鋼架擋板板合支護，鋼板樁支
