孔下作業安全技術交底

1、 不準只用人工提土架上下孔；
2、 使用井字架下孔時，應由熟練工人操作，并有專人站于孔口附近指揮；卷揚機吊鉤必須插上防脫插銷；
3、 使用軟爬梯或鋼爬梯上下孔時，作業人員應穿安全帶，并將提土架膠繩綁于安全帶上；提土架膠繩應無磨損，綁扎牢固；
4、 孔下作業應有人于孔口附近做好監控；
5、 大件材料下孔要綁扎牢固，小件材料及工具下孔應用鐵桶穩妥裝載，材料下孔時孔下作業人員應回避并做好接放；
6、 孔下用電器要有漏電保護；應妥善處理水泵的上下孔；
7、 孔下應做好通風、照明。
