內容摘要：
1、 井架搭設高度和起重量必須按設計規定要求，嚴禁超負荷使用。
2、 井架的底座必須安置在堅硬地基上，埋深不得少于1m；井架基礎土層承載力，應不小于8KPa，并澆筑C20混凝土，厚度300mm、基礎表面平整偏差不大于10mm。
3、 高度為10-15m的井架應設纜風一組（4-8根）；每增高10m加設一組。纜風繩上端要用吊耳和卸甲連接，并用3只以上鋼絲繩夾頭緊固。
4、 井架采用附墻者應用剛性支撐與建筑物牢固連接，連接點必須經過計算，井架附墻桿不得附著在腳手架上，附墻桿材質應與井架的材質相同。
5、 井架搭至10m高度必須設臨時纜風，待固定纜風或附墻支撐設置后，方可拆除。纜風繩與地面夾角應為45-60度，與地錨或樁頭必須牢固連接。地錨、樁頭要安全可靠，樁頭后須有拖樁。如使用木樁，木樁直徑不得小于15cm,埋深不少于1.5m。禁止將纜風繩栓在樹木、電桿上。
