1、攪拌樁機進場后,作業人員必須戴安全帽,機長安排人員裝機、豎支架、布設臨時用電，做到安全合理；
2、攪拌樁機按要求就位后，由安全股、機材股聯合進行一次全面的施工前安全檢查。檢查內容有：用電安全、樁架的穩定性，操作部位的性能，導向部件的穩固程度等，確保安全符合要求后才準予施工；
3、每次施工前，由施工員負責對攪拌機進行安全檢查，不符合安全要求的禁止強行施工；
4、必須配有專門的電工，持證上崗；
5、操作手必須經過專業培訓，熟練掌握攪拌樁機施工操作規程；
6、所有用電開關必須有保險裝置，禁止用銅絲或其它導體代替專用保險絲，所用電纜線必須完好不破損，不漏電，接頭部位必須包扎好，用干燥的絕緣物支架起來；
7、負責送料的作業人員必須戴好安全帽，施工過程中不能站在攪拌機底下，以預防落物傷人；高空作業，必須系好安全帶；
8、送料人員應在遠離樁機范圍，隨時注意樁機及周圍環境變化，防止意外；
