1、 搭設(shè)金屬扣件雙排腳手架，用于高層建筑的，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按國家有關(guān)專門規(guī)范的要求進(jìn)行。
2、 用于一般建筑工程，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按省廳相關(guān)的行業(yè)規(guī)程要求進(jìn)行。
3、 搭設(shè)前應(yīng)嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行鋼管的篩選，凡嚴(yán)重銹蝕、薄壁、嚴(yán)重彎曲裂變的桿件不宜使用。
4、 嚴(yán)重銹蝕、變形、裂縫及螺栓螺紋已損壞的扣件不準(zhǔn)使用。
5、 腳手架的基礎(chǔ)除按規(guī)定設(shè)置外，必須做好排水處理。
6、 高層鋼管腳手架座立于槽鋼上的，必須有掃地桿連接保護(hù)，普通腳手架立桿必須設(shè)底座保護(hù)。
7、 不宜采用承插式鋼管做底步立桿交錯之用。
8、 所有扣件的緊固力矩，應(yīng)達(dá)到45-55N.m。
9、 同一立面的小橫桿，應(yīng)對等交錯設(shè)置，同時立桿上下對直。
10、斜桿接長，不宜采用對接扣件。應(yīng)采用疊交方式，二只回轉(zhuǎn)扣件接長的二只扣件間隔不少于0.4m.。
11、高層建筑金屬腳手架的拉桿，不宜采用鉛絲攀拉，必須使用埋件形式的剛性材料。
12、嚴(yán)禁操作人員在酒后進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場作業(yè)。
13、每個工人進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場都必須頭戴安全帽。
14、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時，應(yīng)事先向工地報(bào)告。
15、新工人進(jìn)場后應(yīng)先經(jīng)過三級安全交底，并經(jīng)考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
16、新工人進(jìn)場應(yīng)具有四證，即：職業(yè)資質(zhì)證、身份證、計(jì)劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
