1、 攪拌機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)置在平坦的位置，用方木墊起前后輪軸，使輪胎擱高架空，以免在開動(dòng)時(shí)發(fā)生走動(dòng)。
2、 攪拌機(jī)應(yīng)實(shí)施二級(jí)漏電保護(hù)，上班前電源接通后，必須仔細(xì)檢查，經(jīng)空車試轉(zhuǎn)認(rèn)為合格，方可使用。試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)應(yīng)校驗(yàn)拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速是否合適，一般情況下，空車速度比重車（裝料后）稍快2-3轉(zhuǎn)，如相差較多，應(yīng)調(diào)整動(dòng)輪與傳動(dòng)輪的比例。
3、 拌筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向應(yīng)符合箭頭指示方向，如不符時(shí)，應(yīng)更正電機(jī)接線。
4、 檢查傳動(dòng)離合器和制動(dòng)器是否靈活可靠，鋼絲繩有無損壞，軌道滑輪是否良好，周圍有無障礙及各部件的潤(rùn)滑情況等。
5、 開機(jī)后，經(jīng)常注意攪拌機(jī)各部件的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。停機(jī)時(shí)。經(jīng)常檢查攪拌機(jī)葉片是否打彎、螺絲有否打落或松動(dòng)。

9、每個(gè)工人進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)都必須頭戴安全帽。
10、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時(shí)，應(yīng)事先向工地報(bào)告。
11、新工人進(jìn)場(chǎng)后應(yīng)先經(jīng)過三級(jí)安全交底，并經(jīng)考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
12、新工人進(jìn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)具有四證，即：職業(yè)資質(zhì)證、身份
