1、切斷機(jī)固定和活動刀之間水平間隙控制在0.5~1mm之間，斷料時(shí)活動刀向后退，才可送料入刀口。嚴(yán)禁切燒紅的鋼筋及超過刀刃硬度的材料。使用前空載試運(yùn)行正常后才能使用；
2、彎曲機(jī)使用前全面檢查一次，并空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程不能加油或抹車床。屈曲的鋼筋不準(zhǔn)用彎曲機(jī)調(diào)直。彎曲鋼筋時(shí)按規(guī)定的鋼筋直徑、根數(shù)進(jìn)行操作。
3、冷拉機(jī)的作業(yè)區(qū)警示標(biāo)志、防護(hù)欄桿、兩端地錨是否有效，防護(hù)罩是否牢固，鋼絲繩不能有損，符合使用安全才可運(yùn)作；
4、綁扎基礎(chǔ)鋼筋時(shí)按規(guī)定擺放支架或馬凳架起上部鋼筋，不得任意減少，操作前應(yīng)檢查基坑土壁和支撐是否牢固；
5、綁扎主柱、墻體鋼筋，不得站在鋼筋前架上操作和攀登骨架上下，柱筋在4m以上時(shí)，應(yīng)搭設(shè)工作臺，柱、墻梁、骨架應(yīng)用臨時(shí)支撐拉牢，以防傾倒；
6、高處綁扎和安裝鋼筋，不得將鋼筋集中堆放在模板或腳手架上，盡量避免在高處修整、扳彎鋼筋。在必須操作時(shí)，應(yīng)配戴安全帶；
7、安裝綁扎鋼筋時(shí)，不得碰撞電線，在深基礎(chǔ)或夜間施工需要使用移動式行燈照明時(shí)，電壓不得超過36伏；
8、驗(yàn)收合格方可進(jìn)行作業(yè)，未經(jīng)驗(yàn)收或驗(yàn)收不合格不準(zhǔn)作下一道工序作業(yè)。
