內(nèi)容摘要：
1、 每個(gè)工人都應(yīng)自覺(jué)遵守南靖信達(dá)建筑工程有限公司的各種規(guī)章制度。
2、 鋼材、半成品等應(yīng)按規(guī)格、品種分別堆放整齊。制作場(chǎng)地要平整，操作臺(tái)要穩(wěn)固，照明燈具必須加網(wǎng)罩。
3、 拉直鋼筋，卡頭要卡牢，地錨要結(jié)實(shí)牢固，拉筋沿線2米區(qū)域內(nèi)禁止行人。人工絞磨拉直，禁止用胸、肚接觸推桿；并緩慢松解，不得一次松開(kāi)。
4、 展開(kāi)圓盤鋼筋要一頭卡牢，防止回彈，切斷時(shí)要先用腳踩牢。
5、 在高空、深坑綁扎鋼筋和安裝骨架，須搭設(shè)腳手架和馬道。
6、 綁扎立柱、墻體鋼筋，不得站在鋼筋骨架上和攀登骨架上下。柱筋在4米以下且重量不大，可在地面或樓面上綁扎，整體豎起；柱筋在4米以上應(yīng)搭設(shè)工作臺(tái)；柱、梁骨架應(yīng)用臨時(shí)支撐拉牢，以防傾倒。
7、 綁扎基礎(chǔ)鋼筋時(shí)，應(yīng)按施工操作規(guī)程擺放鋼筋支架（馬凳）架起上部鋼筋，不得任意減少支架或馬凳。
8、 多人合運(yùn)鋼筋，起、落、轉(zhuǎn)、停動(dòng)作要一致，人工上下傳送不得在同一垂直線上；鋼筋 堆放要分散、穩(wěn)當(dāng)，防止傾倒和塌落。
9、 點(diǎn)焊、對(duì)焊鋼筋時(shí)，焊機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)在干燥的地方；焊機(jī)要有防護(hù)罩并放置平穩(wěn)牢固，電源通過(guò)漏電保護(hù)器，導(dǎo)線絕緣良好。
10、電焊時(shí)應(yīng)戴防護(hù)眼鏡和手套，并站在膠木板或木板上。電焊前應(yīng)先清除易燃易爆物品，停工時(shí)，確認(rèn)無(wú)火源后，方準(zhǔn)離開(kāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
