內(nèi)容摘要：
1、 鋼筋冷拉時，冷拉卷揚機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)置防護(hù)擋板，沒有擋板時，應(yīng)將卷揚機(jī)與冷拉方向成90度，并且應(yīng)用封閉式導(dǎo)向滑輪。
2、 冷拉線兩端必須裝置防護(hù)設(shè)施，冷拉時嚴(yán)禁在冷拉線兩端站人、或跨越、觸動正在冷拉的鋼筋。
3、 焊機(jī)必須采用接零和漏電保護(hù)，以保證操作人員安全；對于接焊導(dǎo)線及焊鉗接導(dǎo)線處，都應(yīng)可靠地絕緣。
4、 大量焊接時，焊接變壓器不得超負(fù)荷，變壓器升溫不得超過60度。
5、 要特別注意遵守焊機(jī)暫載率規(guī)定，以免過分發(fā)熱而損壞。
6、 室內(nèi)電弧焊時，應(yīng)有排氣通風(fēng)裝置。
7、 焊工操作地點相互之間應(yīng)設(shè)擋板，以防弧光刺傷眼睛。
8、 焊工必須穿戴防護(hù)衣服。
9、 電弧焊焊工要戴防護(hù)面罩。
10、焊工應(yīng)立站在干燥木板或其它絕緣墊上。
11、焊接過程中，如焊機(jī)發(fā)生不正常響聲，變壓器絕緣電阻過小導(dǎo)線破裂、漏電等，均應(yīng)立即停機(jī)進(jìn)行檢修。
