電焊、風(fēng)割焊作業(yè)安全技術(shù)交底.doc

1、 電焊、氣焊工必須持特種作業(yè)證上崗，施焊作業(yè)必須辦理動(dòng)火手續(xù)
2、 電焊機(jī)外殼必須接地良好，要有觸電保護(hù)器，電源的拆裝應(yīng)由電工完成，電焊機(jī)要設(shè)單獨(dú)的開關(guān)，開關(guān)應(yīng)在防雨的開關(guān)箱內(nèi),電焊機(jī)要有防雨措施，
3、 焊鉗與把線必須絕緣良好，連接牢固更換焊條要戴手套，在潮濕地點(diǎn)工作應(yīng)站在絕緣膠板或木板上。
4、 施焊場(chǎng)地周圍應(yīng)清除易燃易爆物品，或進(jìn)行覆蓋、隔離、并在施焊部位配備滅火器材，必須在易燃易爆氣體或液體擴(kuò)散區(qū)施焊時(shí)，應(yīng)經(jīng)有關(guān)部門檢試許可后，方可施焊。
5、 乙炔氣瓶必須裝減壓閥和防回火裝置，乙炔氣瓶與氧氣瓶之間距離不得小于5m，嚴(yán)禁平放，嚴(yán)禁曝曬，距易燃易爆物品和明火的距離不得小于10m，檢驗(yàn)是否漏氣，要用肥皂水嚴(yán)禁用明火，氧氣瓶、氧氣表及焊割工具上嚴(yán)禁沾染油脂，氣瓶的購(gòu)、運(yùn)、儲(chǔ)存和領(lǐng)用必須嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公安部門的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
6、 點(diǎn)火時(shí)，焊槍口不準(zhǔn)對(duì)人，正在燃燒的焊槍不得放在工件或地面上，帶有乙炔和氧氣時(shí)，不準(zhǔn)放在金屬容器內(nèi)，以防氣體逸出發(fā)生燃燒事故。
嚴(yán)禁在帶壓力的容器管道上施焊，焊

4, the weld should be clear space around the inflammable and explosive materials, or cover, isolation, and in the weld area is equipped with fire fighting equipment, flammable gas or liquid to be spread in the weld area should be seized by the relevant trial license only after the welding operation.
5, acetylene cylinder valve must be installed and anti-tempering equipment, acetylene cylinders and oxygen cylinders shall not be less than the distance between the 5m, is strictly prohibited flat, non-exposure, and open flame away from flammable substances shall not be less than the distance 10m, testing whether the leak, use soapy water on open fires is prohibited, oxygen bottles, oxygen welding and cutting tools on the table and non-contaminated oil, gas cylinders of purchase, transport, storage and requisitioned to strictly enforce the relevant provisions of the public security department.
6, ignition, the torch exit are not allowed on the people, shall not be placed on the burning torch on the workpiece or the ground, with acetylene and oxygen, are not allowed on the metal containers to prevent escape of gas burning accident occurred.
