1、 平模存放時應(yīng)滿足地區(qū)條件要求的自穩(wěn)角，兩塊大模板應(yīng)采取板面對板面的存放方法，長期存放模板應(yīng)將模板換成整體。大模板存放在施工樓層上，必須有可靠的防傾倒措施，不得沿外墻圍邊放置，應(yīng)垂直于外墻存放。
2、 沒有支撐或自穩(wěn)角不足的大模板，要存放在專用的堆放架上，或者平堆放，不得靠在其它模板或物件上，嚴禁下腳滑移傾倒。
3、 模板起吊前，應(yīng)檢查吊裝用繩索、卡具及每塊模板上的吊環(huán)是否完整有效，并應(yīng)先拆除一切臨時支撐，經(jīng)檢查無誤后方可起吊。模板起吊前，應(yīng)將吊車的位置調(diào)整適當(dāng)，做到穩(wěn)起穩(wěn)落，就位準(zhǔn)確；禁止用人力般動模板，嚴禁模板大幅度擺動或碰倒其它模板。
4、 筒模可用拖車整體運輸，也可拆成平模用拖車水平疊放運輸。平模疊放時，墊木必須上下對齊，綁扎牢固。用拖車運輸，車上嚴禁坐人。
5、 在大模板拆裝區(qū)域周圍，應(yīng)設(shè)置圍欄，并掛明顯的標(biāo)志牌，禁止非作業(yè)人員入內(nèi)。組裝平模時，應(yīng)及時用卡具或花籃螺絲將相鄰模板連接好，防止傾倒。
6、 全現(xiàn)澆結(jié)構(gòu)安裝作模板時，必須將懸挑擔(dān)固定，位置調(diào)整準(zhǔn)確后，方可摘鉤；外模安裝后，要立即穿好銷桿，緊固螺栓。安裝外模板的操作人員必須持好安全帶。
