本工程施工任務重，施工場地有限，工期短、難度大，施工中切忌盲目追求進度而忽視施工安全。安全施工直接關系到勞動者的人身安全和財產安全，也關系到企業的信譽，而且只有安全生產有了保障，才能抓好進度，確保質量，按時優質完成施工任務。因此，施工中我們將始終不渝地堅持“質量第一，安全第一”的方針，把安全生產措施落到實處。
1、健全管理制度  建立、健全各級各部門的安全生產責任制，責任落實到人。各下屬施工隊要有明確的安全指標和獎懲辦法，健全保證措施。有勞務使用和機械租用安全生產協議書。進入新工種的工人必須進行安全技術培訓。工人應掌握本工種操作技能，熟悉本工種安全技術操作規程。本承包人將堅持“科學施工、安全生產”的原則和“安全第一、預防為主”的方針全面落實施工安全保證措施。
（1）、施工安全規定  A、施工組織設計應有針對性的安全技術措施，經技術負責人審查批準。B、進行全面的針對性的安全技術交底，接受交底者履行簽字手續。C、特種作業人員必須經培訓考試合格持證上崗，操作證必須按期復審不得超期使用。特種作業人員包括：吊車操作手、架橋設備操作工、baopo工等。D、嚴禁違章指揮、違規操作。
（2）、安全檢查  建立定期安全檢查制度。有時間、有要求，明確重點部位、危險崗位。安全檢查有記錄。對查出的隱患應及時整改，做到定人、定時間、定措施的安全檢查制度。
（3）、班組“三上崗、一講評”活動   班組在班前須進行上崗交底、上崗檢查、上崗記錄的“三上崗”和每周一次的“一講評”安全活動。對班組的安全活動，要有考核措施； 施工現場必須有“五牌一圖”，即：Ⅰ施工單位及工地名稱牌；Ⅱ安全生產六大紀律宣傳牌；Ⅲ防火須知牌；Ⅳ安全無重大
