安裝避雷裝置的通知
為避免大型機械設備、建筑物遭受雷擊損害,請各單位制作安裝避雷裝置。
一、避雷裝置安裝范圍
1、龍門吊軌道、模板軌道、提梁機軌道;
2、塔吊、攪拌機、豎井提升機;
3、爆炸品料庫;
4、所有軌道要連接到一起,保證軌道不斷。如軌道斷開,應采用連接線連接。
二、安裝要求
1、避雷針采用φ25圓鋼制作,其針尖須做成針式,并鍍錫。
2、引下線采用φ12圓鋼,連接線采用φ12圓鋼或16-25mm2鋁線/銅線。
3、引下導線的途徑要盡量縮短,避免90º的彎折,引下導線及其固定裝置要牢固地固定在建筑物上,固定裝置的間距不能大于1.5m。
4、各種接頭采用焊接,焊接困難時采用螺栓連接。連接要焊接牢固,不能開焊脫節。
5、接地體要選擇在地勢較低洼或經常潮濕的處所進行埋設。
6、埋入地下的金屬導體須距離建筑物或門口3m以上。
7、接地體回填土前,須對接地電阻進行測定,接地電阻應不大于10Ω。

Installation of lightning protection device notification

Second, the installation requirements
1 lightning rod using φ25 round production, the needle tip to be made, and tin.
2, deflectors using φ12 round steel, round steel cable with φ12 or 16-25mm2 wire / copper wire.
3, lead the way under the wire should be as short as possible, to avoid the 90 º of bending, lead wires and fixtures under the firmly fixed to buildings, fixtures of the pitch can not be greater than 1.5m.
4, various joints welded, welding difficulties connected with bolts. Connected to welding firm, not out of line open welding.
5, the grounding to choose a more low-lying terrain is often wet or premises for burial.
6, the metal conductor to be buried in the ground or from the front of 3m above the building.
7, grounding backfill before, was determined to be of the grounding resistance, earth resistance should not be greater than 10Ω.
