荊東高速馬市高架橋
30m預應力T梁外觀質量控制
一、工程概況
馬市高架橋位于湖北省荊州市公安縣埠河鎮馬市村境內,馬市高架橋屬于湖北省荊東高速公路一期工程該橋全長9.09公里，起訖里程為K13+060~K22+150，我單位施工其中的1.2公里，起訖里程為K13+690~K14+890，總造價為4650萬元。該工程下部結構為φ1.5m鉆孔樁基礎、φ1.4m雙柱式墩、懸臂式帽梁；上部構造為30m預應力混凝土先簡支后連續T梁，全橋上下行分離，中間設等間距（1.0米）分隔帶。管段主要工程數量為：鉆孔樁160根,墩柱160根(平均高度為6m)，帽梁80條，480片T梁（后張），3.0萬ｍ2橋面鋪裝，1200延米防撞墻。計劃工期26個月，至2005年5月竣工。
工程創優目標：工程合格率100%，分部工程優良率100%，創湖北省優良樣板工程。

First, project survey

The number of pipe major projects: bored piles 160, Pier 160 (average height of 6m), cap beam 80, 480 T beam (post-tensioned), 30 000 m2 deck pavement, 1,200 linear meters bump wall . Programme duration 26 months, to be completed in May 2005.
Engineering excellence goal: engineering 100% pass rate, 100% branch works fine, the highest quality model project in Hubei Province.
