二、分項工程概況及施工條件：
本工程共十九層，其中地下三層，地上十六層，建筑面積為73082m2，結構類型為現澆框剪結構。其底板、外墻、外露頂板混凝土均為防水混凝土，防水等級為二級。底板厚度為1400mm，屬大體積混凝土。該工程的環境類別為二b類。混凝土須進行氯離子及堿含量計算。氯離子最大限量為水泥用量的0.3%，堿含量最大限量為混凝土用量的3.0kg/m3。本工程混凝土全部選用商品混凝土。

1. Project Overview
