第一章 工程概況
 本工程是幾家工廠合建的四棟住宅樓，每棟均為四個單元組合，五層，采用標準圖，每棟面積為3403m2，共計13612m2。
 每棟建筑物采用甲—乙—甲—丁四單元組合，總長62.02m，寬10.22m，層高2.90m，全高15.29m。開間為2.70m、3.00m、3.30m三種。進深為4.80m、5.02m二種。室內(nèi)±0.00絕對標高從35.75至35.90m，每兩棟相差0.15m，室內(nèi)外高差均為0.60m。
 現(xiàn)場地勢高低不平，并有舊房屋拆除后的基礎(chǔ)，自然地坪為35.05m至35.20m，低于室外絕對標高。根據(jù)地質(zhì)鉆探資料，現(xiàn)場地下水位較低，故施工時基礎(chǔ)底部不會出現(xiàn)地下水，可不考慮排水措施�；�礎(chǔ)持力層為粉質(zhì)粘土。
 基礎(chǔ)為剛性基礎(chǔ)，天然地基，地基上為450mm厚3：7灰土，磚砌大放腳。基底標高在-2.20m至-2.60m之間，-0.90m處有一道鋼筋混凝土圈梁。建筑物按8度抗震設(shè)防設(shè)計，結(jié)構(gòu)為磚墻承重，外墻370mm，內(nèi)墻240mm，隔斷墻120mm，單元四個大角、樓梯間、內(nèi)外墻交接處、樓梯間兩側(cè)墻均設(shè)抗震組合柱。每層設(shè)置圈梁。樓板為預(yù)應(yīng)力圓孔板，屋頂板為加氣混凝土屋面板，預(yù)制混凝土挑檐板。屋面為二氈三油防水作法。
 外檐以清水墻為主，僅檐口、樓梯間、陽臺欄板為干粘石面層。內(nèi)檐除廚廁為1.2m高水泥墻裙外，其余均為白灰抹面，120mm踢腳板，頂板勾縫噴漿，樓面為35mm豆石混凝土抹面，木門、鋼窗。
 設(shè)備有上、下水，暖氣、照明，每個單元配水、電表各一個。室外管線均接通至小區(qū)干線。
