一、 施工準備
（一） 混凝土墻內PVC管施工準備
1、 作業條件
在土建墻體、梁、柱鋼筋綁扎完成后,支立模板前進行。
2、 材料要求
（1） PVC管的材質必須合格,氧指數≥27%,設計有待殊要求時必須符合設計要求。進場材料必須有產品合格證,以及有效的氧指數檢測報告。
（2） 外觀檢查,管材內外壁光滑,無凸棱凹陷、氣泡等缺陷。
（3） 用卡尺測量內外徑必須符合國家標準,管壁厚度均勻一致。
各種附件如燈頭盒、開關插座盒、管接頭、盒接頭、粘合劑等必須使用配套的阻燃制品,同時應有出廠合格證、“CCC”認證
