磚混、外磚內(nèi)模結(jié)構(gòu)鋼筋綁扎
本技術(shù)交底適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑磚混結(jié)構(gòu)、外磚內(nèi)模結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造柱、圈梁、板縫鋼筋綁扎工程。
1．材料要求
(1)鋼筋出廠合格證和復(fù)試試驗報告結(jié)論均要符合設(shè)計和規(guī)范要求。
(2)成型鋼筋、20～22號火燒絲、水泥砂漿墊塊(或塑料卡)。
2．主要機具
鋼筋鉤子、小撬棍、鋼筋板子、綁扎架、鋼絲刷、運鋼筋手推車、粉筆、腳手架、工作臺等。
3．作業(yè)條件
(1)按施工平面圖規(guī)定的位置平整好場地，按不同規(guī)格型號墊好堆放。
（2）進場鋼筋應(yīng)對照設(shè)計圖紙和配料單，詳細(xì)核對其型號、尺寸、數(shù)量、鋼號、對焊的接焊質(zhì)量。
（3）彈好標(biāo)高水平線及構(gòu)造柱、外磚內(nèi)模混凝土墻的外皮線。
（4）圈梁及板縫模板已做完預(yù)檢記錄，并將模內(nèi)雜物清理干凈。
（5）預(yù)制圓孔板的端孔已按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖（京92G41）的要求堵好。
4．操作工藝
(1)構(gòu)造柱鋼筋綁扎：
工藝流程：
預(yù)制構(gòu)造柱鋼筋骨架→修整底層伸出的構(gòu)造柱搭接筋→安裝構(gòu)造柱鋼筋骨架→綁扎搭接部位箍筋
1）預(yù)制構(gòu)造柱鋼筋骨架：
A．先將兩根豎向受力筋平放在綁扎架上，畫箍
