磚混結構(構造柱、圈梁、板縫等)砼澆筑
本技術交底適用于磚混結構，包括外磚內模和外板內模結構的構造柱、圈梁、板縫等現澆混凝土工程。
1．材料要求
(1)水泥；用325～425號礦渣硅酸鹽水泥或普通硅酸鹽水泥。
(2)砂：宜用粗砂或中砂。
(3)石子：構造柱、圈梁宜用粒徑0.5～3.2厘米的卵石或碎石；板縫用粒徑0.5～1.2厘米豆石或碎石。
(4)外加劑：根據要求選用早強劑和減水劑等。摻用時必須有試驗依據。
2．作業條件
(1)混凝土配合比需經試驗室確定，配合比通知單與現場使用材料相符。
(2)模板牢固、穩定，標高尺寸符合要求，模板縫隙最大不得超過2.5毫米，過大者應堵嚴，并辦完預檢手續。
(3)綁好鋼筋并辦完隱檢手續。
(4)構造柱、圈梁及板縫施工縫接搓處的松散混凝土和砂漿，應剔鑿清理并將模板內雜物清除干凈。
(5)常溫施工時，在混凝土澆灌前，磚墻、木模應提前適量澆水濕潤，但不得有積水。
3．操作工藝
工藝流程：
作業準備→混凝土攪拌→混凝土運輸→混凝土澆灌、振搗→混凝土養護
