交底內容：
磚混、外磚內模結構鋼筋綁扎
本技術交底適用于工業與民用建筑磚混結構、外磚內模結構的構造柱、圈梁、板縫鋼筋綁扎工程。
1．材料要求
(1)鋼筋出廠合格證和復試試驗報告結論均要符合設計和規范要求。
(2)成型鋼筋、20～22號火燒絲、水泥砂漿墊塊(或塑料卡)。
2．主要機具
鋼筋鉤子、小撬棍、鋼筋板子、綁扎架、鋼絲刷、運鋼筋手推車、粉筆、腳手架、工作臺等。
3．作業條件
(1)按施工平面圖規定的位置平整好場地，按不同規格型號墊好堆放。
（2）進場鋼筋應對照設計圖紙和配料單，詳細核對其型號、尺寸、數量、鋼號、對焊的接焊質量。
（3）彈好標高水平線及構造柱、外磚內模混凝土墻的外皮線。
（4）圈梁及板縫模板已做完預檢記錄，并將模內雜物清理干凈。
（5）預制圓孔板的端孔已按標準圖（京92G41）的要求堵好。
4．操作工藝
(1)構造柱鋼筋綁扎：
工藝流程：
預制構造柱鋼筋骨架→修整底層伸出的構造柱搭接筋→安裝構造柱鋼筋骨架→綁扎搭接部位箍筋
1）預制構造柱鋼筋骨架：
A．先將兩根豎向受力筋平放在綁扎架上，畫箍筋間距。
B．根據畫線位置，將箍筋套在受力筋上逐個綁扎；要
