一、 材料設(shè)備要求:
1. 定型組合木模板,規(guī)格為18mm厚膠合板(1220×2440),100×50方木,50mm厚木板,元釘,鐵絲。
2. 鋼管0.8~6m,扣件。
3. 隔離劑(成品)
二、 主要機具:
斧子、電鋸、電刨、扳手、羊角錘、打眼電鉆、線錘、靠尺板,方尺鐵水平,撬棍等。
三、 作業(yè)條件:
1. 模板設(shè)計:根據(jù)工程結(jié)構(gòu)形式和特點及施工條件,對模板進行設(shè)計,確定模板平面布置,縱橫龍骨規(guī)格、數(shù)量、排列尺寸,柱箍選用的型式及間距,粱板支撐間距,模板組裝形式(就位組裝或預(yù)制拼裝),連接節(jié)點大樣。驗算模板和支撐的強度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性。繪制全套模板設(shè)計圖(模板平面圖、分塊圖、節(jié)點圖、零件加工圖)。模板數(shù)量應(yīng)在模板設(shè)計時按流水段劃分進行綜合研究,確定模板的合理配置數(shù)量。
2. 現(xiàn)場拼裝:
(1)、拼裝場地應(yīng)夯實平整,條件許可時應(yīng)設(shè)拼裝操作平臺。
(2)、按模板設(shè)計圖進行拼裝,相鄰兩塊要卡緊。
(3)、柱子模板在拼裝時應(yīng)留清掃口或灌漿口。
3、模板拼裝后進行編號,并涂刷隔離劑,分規(guī)格堆放。
4、放好軸線、模板邊線、水平控制線標(biāo)高,模板底口應(yīng)做水泥砂漿找平層。檢查并校正柱子位置是否正確。
5、柱子鋼筋綁扎完,水電管線及埋件安裝完。
四、 操作工藝:
1、裝柱模板:
彈柱子位置線 → 抹找平層定位墩→ 安柱子模板→ 安柱箍→ 安拉桿或斜撐 →辦自檢記錄。
(1)、按標(biāo)高抹好水泥砂漿找平層,按位置作好定位

Second, major equipment:
Ax, saw, planer, wrench, claw hammer, drill drill, hammer line, by foot board feet of iron levels, crowbars, etc..
Third, the operating conditions:
1. Template Design: According to the project structure and the characteristics and construction conditions, the design template to determine the template layout, vertical and horizontal keel size, number, arrangement, size, type and selected hoop column spacing, board spacing of the support beam, the template assembly form (on the Assembling or pre-assembled), a large kind of connections. Checking templates and support the strength, stiffness and stability. Draw a full set of design templates (template layout, block diagram, node graph, parts processing maps). Template number should be in the water section of the template design divided by a comprehensive study to determine the reasonable allocation of the number of templates.
2. On-site assembly:
(1), should consolidate the assembly site formation, when conditions permit, set up assembly operations platform.
(2), according to the template design for assembly, two adjacent to clamping.
(3), column template in the assembly should be left clean mouth or filling port.
3, after assembling the template code, and brushing release agent, sub-standard piling up.
4, place the axis, the template edges, the horizontal control line level, the template I should be doing the end of leveling layer of cement mortar. Check and correct the post position is correct.
5, lashing finished steel columns, water pipes and underground parts installed.
4, the operation process:
1, loaded column template:
Elastic column line of position wiping leveling layer positioning Pier → → → An An Zhuzi template column hoop → → Allah rods or braces to do self-test records.
