一、 施工準備
（一） 作業條件
1、 樁基的軸線和標高均已測定完畢，并經過檢查辦完預檢手續。樁基的軸線和高程的控制樁，要設置在不受打樁影響的地點并妥善保護。
2、 處理完高空和地下的障礙物。如影響鄰近建筑物或構筑物的使用或安全時，要會同有關單位采取有效措施，予以處理。
3、 據軸線放出樁位線，用木撅或鋼筋頭釘好樁位，并用白灰作標志，以便于施打。
4、 場地應碾壓平整，排水暢通，保證樁機的移動和穩定垂直。
5、 打試驗樁。施工前必須打試驗樁.其數量不少于2根，確定貫入度并校驗打樁設備、施工工藝以及技術措施是否適宜。
6、 選擇和確定打樁機進出路線的打樁順序，制定施工方案。
（二） 材料要求
1、 預制鋼筋混凝土樁：規格質量必須符合設計要求和施工質量驗收規范的規定，成品購買的有出廠合格證，現場預制的有相關的試驗資料。
2、 焊條(接樁用)：型號、性能必須符合設計要求和有關標準規定。
