本工程砌體：±0.00以下M5水泥砂漿MU10標準磚砌筑，±0.00以上為M5混合砂漿MU10KP1多孔磚砌筑，外裝修為1:3水泥砂漿打底,1:2水泥砂漿粉面，乳膠漆飾面；內裝修為1:1:6混合砂漿打底，1:0.3:3水泥混合砂漿粉面，刷內墻乳膠漆，衛生間為270×152釉面瓷磚，門窗為本白色塑鋼門窗，屋面為彩鋼瓦屋面，設100mm 玻璃棉保溫層；辦公樓屋面為二道設防保溫卷材防水屋面。
