一、工程概況及工程特點：
    1.1工程概況
本工程為進雄工業園生產廠房倉庫工程，建筑西面與已建首期廠房相鄰，東面鄰324#國道，場地比較平坦，擬建工程為三層框架工業通用廠房。
擬建工程平面呈“一”字形，建筑布局為：柱網為8.3×8.4、五跨60個開間，底層層高5.5m，二、三層層高4.8m，總高度為19.50m，建筑東西長99.8m，南北寬42.2m，在⑦、⑧軸間設抗震縫，建筑面積為13153.93m2。
