第一章、工程概述
1.1、工程簡(jiǎn)介
工程名稱(chēng)：北大醫(yī)院住院二部;
工程業(yè)主：北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院；
設(shè)計(jì)單位：機(jī)械工業(yè)部設(shè)計(jì)研究院；
工程監(jiān)理：中國(guó)國(guó)際工程咨詢(xún)公司；
總承包單位：中建一局四公司；
地理位置：北大醫(yī)院住院二部工程，位于北京市西城區(qū)大紅羅廠街1 號(hào)，地處市中心，西臨西皇城根北街，東臨西什庫(kù)大街，南側(cè)與原醫(yī)院住院部相連,北側(cè)為全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)會(huì)議樓（地理位置見(jiàn)下圖）。

1.2、建筑設(shè)計(jì)
本建筑為醫(yī)政、病房及辦公為一體的綜合樓。總建筑面積61956m2，地下兩層，地上六層（含設(shè)備層），地下兩層層高均為4.2m，地上一層、二層層高分別為4.15、3.3m，設(shè)備層層高為2.2、2.0m，地上三～六層層高均為3.5m。地下一層、二層為車(chē)庫(kù)、浴室、庫(kù)房、放射治療科、病理科及變配電室、水泵用房、發(fā)電機(jī)房等設(shè)備用房，一層為大堂、影像中心、藥房、檢驗(yàn)科、中心供應(yīng)室、血庫(kù)、放射科、干部接待室、康復(fù)設(shè)施用房等，二層為中心手術(shù)部及兩個(gè)護(hù)理單元，三～六各為四個(gè)護(hù)理單元。
1.3、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
本建筑物總長(zhǎng)度為165.6m，總寬度為64.8m，總高度為23.97m。

1.1, Project Description

General contractors: the construction of a Bureau in the company;
Location: Peking University hospital, two projects, located in Xicheng District, Beijing Red Luo House Street, 1, is located in the city center, west West Huangchenggen North Street, east Xishiku Avenue, south side is connected with the original hospital inpatient the north side of the NPC Standing Conference Building (location see figure below).

1.2 Architectural Design
The administration building for the doctors, ward and an integrated floor office. The total construction area of 61956m2, two basements, ground six (including the equipment level), two-storey underground are 4.2m, ground floor, second floor storey were 4.15,3.3 m, device layers high as 2.2, 2.0m, on the ground are three ~ six-storey 3.5m. Ground floor, second floor of the garage, bathroom, Treasury, Radiation Oncology, Pathology, and variable power distribution room, pump houses, generators and other equipment room space, a layer of the hall, video center, pharmacy, laboratory, center Supply rooms, blood bank, radiology, cadres reception room, recovery facility space, etc., the second floor as the central operating department, and two care units, 3 ~ 6 the four care unit.

The total length of the building 165.6m, total width of 64.8m, the total height of 23.97m.
