渤海明珠住宅樓工程，總建筑面積約24500平方米，結(jié)構(gòu)形式為25層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。

二、工程項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)及實(shí)施
㈠、工程質(zhì)量目標(biāo)及實(shí)施
我公司一旦中標(biāo)，將把該工程列入我公司的重點(diǎn)工程和創(chuàng)優(yōu)項(xiàng)目，并嚴(yán)格按照ISO9001質(zhì)量保證體系要求組織施工，使該工程在質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量水平上都上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階，確保工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并爭創(chuàng)優(yōu)良工程。分解各分部工程質(zhì)量控制目標(biāo)如下：
(1).地基與基礎(chǔ)工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(2).主體工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(3).裝修工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(4).地面與樓面工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(5).門窗工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(6).屋面工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(7).水暖工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(8).電氣工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
㈡、工期目標(biāo)及實(shí)施
我們將把本項(xiàng)目作為重點(diǎn)工程，合理安排工期，組織工種穿插作業(yè)，在保證質(zhì)量的前提下高效快捷的施工。擬訂開竣工日期為2006年4月1日至2007年11月22日，總工期日歷天數(shù)為：600天。由于本工程將歷經(jīng)2006—2007年冬季，實(shí)際施工工期約560天左右。(具體安排詳見施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃表 )

Quality Control of decomposition of the divisions are as follows:
(1). Groundwork and foundation works to achieve excellent quality standards.
(2). Subject to good engineering quality standards.
(3). Decoration is excellent quality standards.
(4). Ground floor construction quality is excellent with the standard.
(5). Doors and windows to achieve high standards of engineering quality.
(6). Roofing works to achieve excellent quality standards.
(7). Plumbing works to achieve excellent quality standards.
(8). Electrical engineering to achieve good quality standards.
Ii, objectives and implementation schedule
We will take this project as a key project for a reasonable period arrangements, organizational types interspersed operations, under the premise of ensuring high quality and rapid construction. Preparation and completion date is April 1, 2006 to November 22, 2007, the total number of calendar days duration: 600 days. As the project will be after the winter of 2006-2007, the actual construction period about 560 days. (See the construction schedule of specific arrangements for the table)
