該工程為磚混結構，四層局部五層，建筑耐火等級為二級, 屋面防水等級為三級，抗震設防烈度為七度，本工程的合理使用年限為五十年。
該工程整體布局合理、設施齊全、寬敞明亮，并考慮了設施預埋接口,為用戶創造了良好的使用條件。
一、建筑做法
