3、通過認真學習和研究了該工程的招標文件、有關圖紙、答疑資料，并踏勘了施工現場，在分析了各種影響施工的因素和本工程承包的特點、難點后，我們有充分的信心，在工程安全施工前提下，保證以高質量、高速度全面完成本工程招標文件規定的承包范圍全部任務。
4、我們將全力以赴，盡快做好施工前期準備和施工現場生產設施的總體規劃布置工作。發揮我公司管理優勢，建立完善的項目管理組織機構，落實嚴格的責任制，實施在建設、監理單位的領導和監督管理下的項目總承包管理制度。通過對勞動力、機械設備、材料、技術、方法和信息的優化處置，實現工期、質量、安全及社會信譽的預期目標效果。
