        1.01 工程概況
        ***國際商務中心位于***高新技術產業開發區西集中新建區高新路與科技路十字交匯處西北角(為***高新技術產業開發區商貿中心地段),是目前***高新區內規模最大,集辦公、購物、餐飲、娛樂、居住為一體的功能最完善的綜合項目,占地33.7畝,總建筑面積135156m2,由主樓40層數碼科技大廈、別墅式32層智能公寓、裙房4層商貿中心、地下兩層車庫組成。
        本工程由***高新技術產業開發區建設開發公司開發,方案設計單位為美國康設設計公司,設計單位為中國建筑西北設計研究院,由機械工業部勘察設計院承擔本工程的勘察任務。工程室內±0.000相當于絕對標高408.80M,建筑物抗震設防烈度8度。
        業主為了保證工程的質量和施工進度,經開發區招標辦同意,決定將工程以建筑物軸線25軸、26軸之間后澆帶為界劃分為A、B兩個標段進行招標。
        其中B標段包含范圍為:①別墅式32層智能公寓;②裙房4層商貿中心;③(B、C段)軸線由1軸至25軸以右3.75m處。
        B標段公寓樓建筑面積33168m2,商貿中心建筑面積33503m2。B標段公寓樓及商貿中心主要設計參數及概況如下:
        1、 地基與基礎
        B標段公寓樓及商貿中心地下均為二層,設計采用鉆孔灌注樁承載,公寓樓灌注樁頂為底板承臺,裙房商貿中心采用筏板承臺基礎。
        (1)樁基工程:設計采用泥漿護壁反循環鉆孔灌注樁,公寓樓部分的工程樁數量為305根,樁基工程已經由業主直接分包,目前正在施工當中。

        1.01 Project Overview
