第一章  編制說明
【恒智天成】大廈是由【恒智天成】公司和【恒智天成】聯(lián)合開發(fā)建設(shè)，【恒智天成】設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計。該工程位于【恒智天成】，該工程設(shè)計新穎，風(fēng)格獨特，是一幢該區(qū)域標(biāo)志性建筑。本施工組織設(shè)計對其地上、地下各分部分項工程進(jìn)行編制。

第一節(jié) 編制說明
本施工組織設(shè)計的編制依據(jù)如下：
1、【恒智天成】大廈工程招標(biāo)文件；
2、【恒智天成】大廈工程建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)及各專業(yè)施工圖；
3、【恒智天成】大廈工程的地質(zhì)勘探報告；
4、現(xiàn)行國家有關(guān)施工及驗收規(guī)范、結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范；
5、政府有關(guān)法規(guī)、法令。
由于編者水平有限，加之時間倉促，編制過程中難免出現(xiàn)不足之處，請各位專家及同仁批評指正。

 
第二章  工程概況

第一節(jié) 建筑特點
本工程占地面積【恒智天成】m2，總建筑面積【恒智天成】m2，工程由地下二層，地上二層商場，北邊三至七層為辦公樓，南邊三至九層為商住樓組成，建筑物

4, the current national construction and acceptance of, structure specifications;
5, government regulations and decrees.
