第一卷 大模板內(nèi)澆外砌多層住宅摟工程施工組織設(shè)計
第一章 工程概況
本工程采用內(nèi)澆外砌大模板通用住宅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖紙,由甲、乙、丙、丙、丙、甲反六單元組合,建筑面積為6235.85m2,共六層,全樓長96.59m,寬10.76m,層高2.7m。開間有2.7m、3.3m兩種,進(jìn)深為兩個5.1m。結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計按8度設(shè)防,在二、三單元之間設(shè)抗震縫一道,每層設(shè)有圈梁、構(gòu)造柱。屋頂板及各層樓板為110mm厚雙向預(yù)應(yīng)力實心大樓板,外墻為370mm厚磚墻,內(nèi)橫墻厚140mm,縱墻為160mm厚,均為現(xiàn)澆C20鋼筋混凝土墻,內(nèi)隔墻為50mm厚預(yù)制混凝土板。樓梯、陽臺、雨罩、挑檐、過梁均為預(yù)制構(gòu)件。內(nèi)裝修混凝土墻均為刮膩子噴漿,磚墻為普通抹灰刮膩子噴漿。外裝修以清水墻為主,配以抹灰窗套刷白乳膠漆,檐口、窗間墻為干粘石,首層門頭、勒腳為水刷石飾面。
第二章 施工部署
本工程要求通過合理安排施工工序,解決手工砌磚與機(jī)械化大模板施工的矛盾,砌磚與大模板兩條流水線分別組織流水施工,做到連續(xù)均衡生產(chǎn)。
第一節(jié) 部署安排
整個工程根據(jù)分階段平行流水作業(yè)計劃,安排由一端至另一端流水作業(yè)(如下圖)。

Chapter Project Overview

Chapter II Construction of the deployment
The project required the construction process through the proper arrangements to address the manual and mechanized large formwork construction brick contradictions, bricklaying and large templates are organized water line construction of two, so that a continuous balanced production.
