§ 1 工程概況
本工程為秦皇島市某單位辦公樓，位于××街88號。框架結構建筑面積9485m²，主體10，局部11層，一、十層層高4.2米。二~九層3.3米。

一、建筑設計
1、標高
本工程室內±0.000相當于絕對高程+23.75m，室內外高差450mm。
2、垂直交通防火設計：
本工程為一個防火分區，設有一部消防電梯兼客梯，二部防煙樓梯間，其中一部與消防電梯共用前室。
3、墻體結構
外墻采用370復合墻，外側為120厚實心磚，內側為250加砌混凝土砌塊。墻體砌時應水平方向@1000，豎直方向@500，砌一層Φ6 250mm 250mm，方環鋼筋拉結M5.0混合沙漿砌筑，墻體砌筑時門窗洞口兩側砌120紅磚，窗臺滿鋪60厚C20細實混凝土，內墻除注明外均為200厚加砌混凝土。
4、內裝修
天棚：衛生間為輕鋼龍骨PVC區板，其余均為混合砂漿刮大白20mm厚

First, architectural design
1, elevation
The project is equivalent to an absolute elevation interior ± 0.000 +23.75 m, indoor and outdoor elevation 450mm.
2, vertical transportation fire safety design:
This works for a fire district, fire lifts and elevators with one, two smoke staircase, which share a lift before the room with the fire.
3, the wall structure
Compound wall by wall 370, 120 thick solid brick outside and inside is 250 plus assemble a concrete block. Should be horizontal wall flip @ 1000 @ 500 vertical direction, build a layer of Φ6 250mm 250mm, square steel tie ring M5.0 mixed mortar masonry, masonry wall window and door openings on both sides of puzzle when 120 red brick, shop window full of thin solid 60 thick C20 concrete, interior walls are 200 unless otherwise puzzle thick concrete increases.
4, internal decoration
Ceiling: PVC bathroom area for the light steel keel plate, the rest are mixed-Pak 20mm thick mortar scratch
