綜合管理組于4月17日對220kV汝陽變進行了達標投產復檢，檢查依據國家電網公司達標投產考核評比辦法，采用聽取匯報、現場察看、查閱資料、與相關單位溝通交流等方式進行，復檢結果如下：
本工程綜合管理總體情況良好，工程建設項目管理綱要編制完善符合要求；工程投資得到有效控制，設計、監理、施工及主要設備材料實行了招標，沒有由于管理原因造成的返工；工程施工進度計劃編排合理、工期控制得當、組織施工合理有序；合同確定的質量目標基本實現，未發生一般質量事故，并按要求開展了質監工作；監理組織機構、崗位職責基本健全，資源配備滿足獨立開展工作的需求，監理文件編制完整齊全，設置了質量監控點過程控制嚴格，按規定審核、審查了相關報審、報驗文件，及時開展了質量檢查，確保了
