1  工程概況
    北齒項目改建工程（羽毛球館、保安宿舍、辦公樓）位于北京齒輪總廠橋頭庫區院內，包括羽毛球館、保安宿舍、辦公樓等三個項目，總建筑面積為1010.1m2，其中羽毛球館為773.4m2、保安宿舍為89.7m2、辦公樓為147m2。
    1.1  結構概況
    本工程基礎為條形基礎。
混凝土強度等級：基礎墊層及設備基礎為C10，其余梁、板、柱均為C20。
砌體為MU10紅機磚，±0.000以下為M5水泥砂漿，±0.000以上為M5混合砂漿。
    1.2  建筑概況
    羽毛球館建筑做法：外墻為噴涂料墻面，主體墻面為乳白色，色帶為深藍色 ；球館、VIP室、接待廳、樓梯間及餐廳內墻為抹灰墻面；
2  施工部署
    2.1  工程目標
    2.1.1  質量目標：確保達到國家建安工程質量檢驗評定標準中的優良標準。
    2.1.2  工期目標：計劃339天完
1 Project Overview
    North teeth project conversion (badminton hall, security quarters, office buildings) in Beijing Gear Works Bridge Area hospitals, including badminton hall, security quarters, office buildings in three projects with a total construction area of 1010.1m2, one badminton hall is 773.4m2, security dormitory to 89.7m2, office building 147m2.
    1.1 Structure Overview
    The engineering basis for the strip foundation.
Concrete strength: the basis of basic bedding and equipment for the C10, the remaining beams, plates, columns are C20.
Red machine brick masonry for the MU10, ± 0.000 following M5 cement mortar, ± 0.000 above mixing mortar for the M5.
    1.2 Architectural Overview
    Badminton Hall in practice: the external walls of the spray paint walls, the main wall is white, dark blue ribbon; Arena, VIP room, reception hall, staircase and restaurant interior is plaster wall;
2 Construction of the deployment
    2.1 Project objectives
    2.1.1 Quality objectives: to ensure that meet national standards of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation of the quality standards.
    2.1.2 Duration Objectives: Plan 339 Tianwan
