一、編 制 依 據
    1.1 業主提供的招標文件和施工圖紙。
    1.2 國家現行的《工程施工及驗收規范》、《建筑安裝工程質量驗收評定標準》。
    1.3 地方和行業現行有關建筑安裝工程操作規程及技術標準。
    1.4 國家和省市有關安全生產、文明施工的規定和要求。
    1.5 現行有關省、市工期定額和預算定額。
    1.6 施工現場條件和地質情況。
    1.7 我公司現行的ISO9002標準文件。

二、工 程 概 況
臺州黃巖濱江世紀雙江小區安置房四標段工程，總建筑面積約11090m2，建筑物總長102.04m,總寬30.24m,總高42.2m。
2.1 建設地點：臺州市黃巖濱江世紀雙江小區。
2.2 建設單位：臺州市黃巖漚濱江世紀工程建設指揮部。
2.3 設計單位：臺州市城鄉規劃設計研究院。
2.4 結構層次：地下部分一層，作自行車庫用，防水采用結構自防水層設計，防水等級二級。地上部分，6#樓十一層，局部十二層，全框架結構。5#樓六層、7#樓五層，5#、7#二層以下磚混結構，以下框架結構。
2.5 樁基礎：樁基為予應力管樁，由建設單位
2.6 室外裝飾：外墻一、二、三均為水泥砂漿粉刷外做涂料面層，外墻四為面磚飾面，東西山墻加防水處理，20厚1：3水泥砂漿粉刷外層加彈性水泥抗裂防水厚質涂料，外墻面的劃分詳見立面圖。
2.7 內墻裝飾：詳見下表
2.8 屋面工程：屋面一，保溫非上人屋面，采用剛性柔性雙道防水，屋面二，坡屋面（英紅瓦屋面），具體部分
