一、施工部署：
由于本工程工期相對較短，我單位安排一個專業施工隊伍，負
責鋼筋混凝土煙囪施工。由于本工程工種較多，工程量與勞動力的配
備不可能完全均衡，因此，臺上、臺下均采取專業、混合相結合的綜
合勞動組織形式，強調分工協作。
1、工期安排
從基礎挖土到混凝土澆筑、回填土完畢，計劃用時105 天。其
