1-1-1工程概況
XX師范學院新校區綜合教學樓建設工程，建設地點位于XX市，共六層，屋頂設電梯機房等，建筑占地面積3198.76m2，建筑面積為14653.71m2。建筑高度23.05 m，框架結構，框架抗震等級為三級,抗震設防烈度為七度,防火等級為二級,屋面防水等級為二級，工程設計建筑耐久年限為50年。
本工程各層建筑功能分別為：
一層：門廳、教室、配電室、值班室、內院、觀景平臺、廁所等，層高3.90m；
二層：教室、辦公室、教師休息室、廁所等，層高為3.60m；
三至四層：計算機教室、教室、辦公室、教師休息室、廁所等，層高為3.60m；
五至六層：教室、辦公室、教師休息室、廁所等，層高為3.60m；
屋頂層：屋頂為設備用房及電梯機房等，層高3.60m。
防水工程：本工程防水等級為二級，屋面防水采用屋面鋼筋混凝土剛性自防水和卷材防水相結合，防水層采用SEP復合防水卷材（有保溫隔熱層），面貼地磚。
大樓外裝飾為：外墻面主要為乳白色外墻漆，裝飾線條為200mm寬咖啡色色帶，局部為玻璃幕墻，窗臺以下部
