施工組織設計
第一節  施工總平面布置
施工總平面布置合理與否，將直接關系到施工進度的快慢和安全文明施工管理水平的高低。為保證現場施工順利進行，具體的施工平面布置原則為：                       
1．滿足施工的前提下，盡量節約施工用地；
2．在滿足施工需要和文明施工的前提下，合理布置材料堆場；
3．盡可能避免土建、安裝相互干擾；
4．符合施工現場衛生及安全技術要求和防火規范；
根據以上原則施工現場布置有:臨時圍墻、臨時辦公住房、施工道路、給排水、電、混凝土攪拌機、灰漿攪拌機、鋼筋加工車間、模板加工車間、標準養護室、燈塔等（詳見施工總平面圖）。
第二節  測量方案
1．測量設備選用及測量程序
現場配備1臺全站儀、2臺J2 光學經緯儀和2臺DZS3 水準儀、兩把50米鋼卷尺。
2．測量控制網點標樁
根據施工測量的需要和市規劃局提供的水準點結合現場的情況，水準點需引測的按三等水準測量的要求引測一組便于施工、通視較好、基本等距的等邊三角水準點于現場，并設置保護樁保護起來，而且還要不定期檢查，確保精度，水準點安裝方法如圖。
本工程施工測量控制網點標樁的埋設采用現澆鋼筋混凝土標樁形式，標樁埋深在2～3m，高出地面約300mm.，在標樁的頂部埋設100×100mm的不銹鋼標板，在Construction Design
Section I construction general layout

Section measurement program
1. Measurement equipment and measurement procedures used
