第一章  施工組織方案簡介
一、工程概況
（一）工程名稱：
大邊大邊大東海佳新廣場裝修工程
（四）工程地點：
大邊市榆亞大道在東海購物公園內
（一）工程規模：
本工程建筑基底面積約為4300m2，總建筑面積約為21000m2，建筑層數為5層框架結構。
（四）本次招標范圍：
1、根據招標文件及初步設計圖紙，聯系并安排在大邊當地具備相應設計資質（包括裝飾裝修、給排水、電氣工程等資質）的設計院實施施工圖的繪制出圖。
2、實施相應工程項目的務類向政府部門的報批、報驗等工作，直至將本項目提交業主使用。
3、室內工程
① 給排水工程（廣場給排水工程不包括在內）。
② 商場內燃氣工程。
③ 電氣工程，包括商場內進線電纜、管線、燈具、開關插座等供應和安裝（廣場插座工程不包括在內）。
④ 空調機房所有進線電纜、橋架及燈具、插座，一臺生活水泵、一臺氣壓罐的電氣控制箱及控制線路（機房內空調設備控制柜及其控制管線不包括在內）。
