第一章、施工組織設計
第一節、施工方案編制原則及依據
本工程根據業主對工程招標要求、施工圖、現場勘察、施工圖預算、建筑施工規范等為依據，按照本工程的特點以及公司幾十年中與此同類工程施工經驗編寫，從而達到降低成本，縮短工期，安全文明，保證質量的目的。
第二節、工程施工準備大綱
    1、中標后簽訂工程合同，召開開工預備工作會議，組織有關人員對工程的各項要求及合同規定進行交底。
2、組建工程項目部。落實四部一室人員，即：工程部、技術部、物資部、經營計劃部、辦公室。
3、按照平面布置規劃方案，進行臨設、臨水、臨電等工作的施工準備，同時進行機械、人力、物力的籌備、采購工作。
4、落實分項工程責任承包小組，并簽訂分項合同。
5、進行技術交底，對特殊工藝、特殊人員進行培訓。
6、對進場工人進行三級安全教育，辦理入保手續。
7、組織主要材料首批進場，機械進場，中小型工具進場。
