1.1 工程基本情況
建筑總面積227111平方米，分為南區(qū)、北區(qū)、西棟、中心圓廳建筑等幾部分。它們均用構(gòu)架相連。
本工程建筑為橢圓形平面，長(zhǎng)軸386米，短軸264米。其中13～20軸處的短軸與穿過基地的永久河道平行，永久河道寬30米，綠化和通道寬24米。
本工程地下局部1層，地上4層，局部6層。建筑高度20.70米，局部38.70米，標(biāo)志塔高70.00米，中部建筑裝飾圓頂高38.40米。
本工程一層地下室分南、北兩部：北部為地下機(jī)動(dòng)車庫及自行車庫兼六級(jí)人防人員掩蔽室，南部為機(jī)動(dòng)車庫及動(dòng)力、變配電機(jī)房和部分自行車；車庫、人防部分層高3.60米，動(dòng)力機(jī)房層高7.20米，變配電層高6.00米。
首層分南、北、中三個(gè)部分：北部為公司行政部分入口和技術(shù)支持入口，研發(fā)中心對(duì)外接待、銷售、展示部分等，層高5.4米。中部為庭園及景觀水面。南部為工廠行政入口和員工入口、廚房等，層高5.4米。東南部為工廠進(jìn)貨、卸貨區(qū)。車間、庫房部分等，層高6.90米。
二層主要分兩部分：北部為研發(fā)中心、技術(shù)支持、培訓(xùn)部分，南部為工廠車間、庫房及員工餐廳。中間東部連接體為技術(shù)支持。工廠車間及庫房區(qū)層高6.00米其余部分層高4.50米。南北部
