東華理工學院體育館工程安裝工程施工組織設計.doc

1、工程概況：
     東華理工學院南昌校區位于南昌市新城區，該項目由東華理工學院投資、北方設計研究院設計，建筑面積9811平方米，總高度26.3米的三層建筑物。1F為綜合訓練場、健身房、乒乓球館，2F為輔助用房，3F為觀眾廳和比賽廳。
本安裝工程包括電氣（強電和弱電）、生活給排水、消防、防排煙工程。給水系統由校區給水網直接供水。主要包括：生活給排水、消防栓等。室內給水熱水用PP-R管、冷水用PP-B管熱熔連接，排水管采用U-PVC管，消防管采用焊接鋼管焊接連接，本工程的電氣安裝包括強電和弱電，強電包括：動力和照明、電氣設備安裝及防雷接地系統安裝。弱電包括：電話及綜合布線系統、有線電視系統、監控系統、廣播系統和火災自動報警及聯動等，諸多系統體現了大型現代化智能建筑功能齊全，自動化程度高的特點。該工程的各樓層房間均設置機械通風及排煙系統。

電氣弱電工程包括：綜合布線及消防報警。
2、施工部署及項目機構組織
2．1、施工部署:
根據本工程的特點，安裝工程合理安排施工人員, 按照“先下后上，先主管后支管，先干線后支線，先預制后安裝”的原則，實行平面分區、立體交叉作業的流水施工。為了給裝修及其他專業分包施工提供作業面，特別是水磨石地面施工前，安裝工程必須完成地面管線敷設、穿樓板的管道安裝及吊頂內安裝施工等內
