1、工程概況:
東華理工學院南昌校區位于南昌市新城區,該項目由東華理工學院投資、北方設計研究院設計,建筑面積9811平方米,總高度26.3米的三層建筑物。1F為綜合訓練場、健身房、乒乓球館,2F為輔助用房,3F為觀眾廳和比賽廳。
本安裝工程包括電氣(強電和弱電)、生活給排水、消防、防排煙工程。給水系統由校區給水網直接供水。主要包括:生活給排水、消防栓等。室內給水熱水用PP-R管、冷水用PP-B管熱熔連接,排水管采用U-PVC管,消防管采用焊接鋼管焊接連接,本工程的電氣安裝包括強電和弱電,強電包括:動力和照明、電氣設備安裝及防雷接地系統安裝。弱電包括:電話及綜合布線系統、有線電視系統、監控系統、廣播系統和火災自動報警及聯動等,諸多系統體現了大型現代化智能建筑功能齊全,自動化程度高的特點。該工程的各樓層房間均設置機械通風及排煙系統。
電氣弱電工程包括:綜合布線及消防報警。
2、施工部署及項目機構組織
2.1、施工部署:
根據本工程的特點,安裝工程合理安排施工人員, 按照“先下后上,先主管后支管,先干線后支線,先預制后安裝”的原則,實行平面分區、立體交叉作業的流水施工。為了給裝修及其他專業分包施工提供作業面,特別是水磨石地面施工前,安裝工程必須完成地面管線敷設、穿樓板的管道安裝及吊頂內安裝施工等內
1, Project Overview:
