2．1 基本情況
 東深供水局14＃、23＃、25＃職工住宅樓均座落于深圳市羅湖區(qū)東深供水局原家屬樓區(qū)之東深－街兩側(cè)的三個(gè)地塊上。其中14＃樓與23＃樓多層住宅夾東深－街而立，14＃樓在街南側(cè)，23＃樓在街北側(cè)；25＃小高層住宅在街北側(cè)，位于23＃樓之東，與23＃樓隔一棟原有家屬樓。三棟住宅樓造型典雅華貴，倚山望水（深圳水庫），風(fēng)景秀麗，實(shí)乃深圳市絕佳的居住

1.2 Construction Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai, Guangzhou Chi designed Shenzhen Water Supply Bureau of East 14 #, 23 #, 25 # staff residential buildings of architectural, structural, electrical, drainage, ventilation and construction plans
1.3 State the current technical standards for construction of the project, the Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City, point of order, requirements, etc. (see Appendix)
