一、 編制說明
作為本工程的施工方，我公司通過認真研究和分析施工圖紙，廣泛聽取有關古建專家的意見和建議，獨立編制了溫州護國寺修建工程的施工組織設計。本施工組織設計涵蓋了施工圖中本工程所包括的施工范圍內的全部工程內容---土建、安裝及配套工程，并且著重從工程承包商的角度，闡述了我公司對溫州護國寺修建工程的工程質量、工期、安全、文明施工，服務協調，特別是關于質量、工期等工作進行統一管理的設想，以期高質量、高效率的全面履行我公司作為承包商的職責。
為在將來的施工過程中，使本施工組織設計能切實指導施工，為樹精品工程服務，編制之前，我公司對施工現場進行了詳盡的踏勘，組織相關人員學習國家、浙江省及溫州市的相關法律、法規，充分了解本地區的地方建筑特點、市場行情，熟悉工程圖紙，研讀招標文件，掌握了我公司所施工的范圍、區域和管理職責；編制過程中，我公司多次有幸邀請到有關專家指導我們的編制工作，專家們提出了大量的、寶貴的、科學的、實施性很強的建議，從而使
