第一節(jié) 編制說明
一、本著對工程質量的高度責任感和對業(yè)主負責，以達到合理利用發(fā)包人資金，確保工程“質量優(yōu)、速度快、造價低、操作性強，我們編制的原則是：“經濟、合理、優(yōu)質、高效”。我們針對本工程設計特點和功能要求，以嚴謹?shù)目茖W態(tài)度向建設單位提供的優(yōu)質服務和保證質量、工期等方面最優(yōu)化的建議。
二、本工程施工組織設計是嚴格按照工程招標范圍和招標文件及施工組織設計的要求進行質量策劃后編制的，在人員、機械、材料調配、施工方案、質量要求，進度安排等方面統(tǒng)一部署的原則下，由土建、安裝及裝飾等專業(yè)組成。
三、對本工程的投標《施工組織設計》編制，公司予以高度重視并大力支持。公司由總工程師組織施工技術科、預算科、工程項目經理、項目技術負責人以及公司機關和施工現(xiàn)場的技術人員共同研究、認真領會工程設計意圖，并進行現(xiàn)場踏勘。在此基礎上，我們編制了該方案，尤其對關鍵、重點及特殊部位的施工方案的編制詳實、具體，確保該《施工組織設計》重點突出、針對性和可操作性強。
四、本施工組織設計的編制內容是依據四川省紡織工業(yè)設計院提供的工程施工圖及同類工程的相關經驗編制的。我們在
