一、工程概況及施工特點(diǎn)：
1.1設(shè)計(jì)概況：本工程為鹽灘改造工程，由青島市勘察測(cè)給研究院勘察，青島魯房建筑設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)。
1.2建筑概況：工程位于青島市四方洛陽(yáng)路，建筑面積：3889平方米，為五層住宅樓。其主要建筑做法如下：
1.2.1地面：混凝土水泥砂漿地面隨打隨抹，廁所為混凝土防潮地面。
1.2.2樓面：水泥樓面為主，廁所樓面設(shè)防水層。
1.2.3踢腳：防水砂漿踢腳。
1.2.4散水：混凝土水泥散水，面層隨打隨抹。
1.2.5內(nèi)墻：水泥白灰砂漿抹光，外刷乳膠漆。
1.2.4天棚：水泥砂漿抹灰，外刷涂料。
1.2.5外墻：抹水泥砂漿，外刷涂料。
1.2.6門(mén)窗：鋁合金窗，木制夾板門(mén)。
1.2.7屋面：屋面分為上人平屋面和貼瓦屋面二種，上人屋面采用水泥蛭石保溫層，SBS防水面層鋪地磚，貼瓦屋面采用珍珠巖保溫層SBS防水，貼洋紅色英紅瓦。
3結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：本工程為框架結(jié)構(gòu)，正副零以上采用M5混合砂漿砌MU7.5陶粒混凝土空心砌塊，正副零以上框架部分為C30砼，澆樓板及其它構(gòu)件為C20砼。其中一層設(shè)備用房與辦公室隔墻為防火墻。
2工程特點(diǎn)及施工中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題：
2.1通過(guò)對(duì)招標(biāo)資料的審學(xué)及施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的勘察，我們認(rèn)為本工程有以下特點(diǎn)及施工中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。
2.1.1本工程砼工程量較大，因此應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制砼的質(zhì)量及標(biāo)高,確保砼質(zhì)量達(dá)到規(guī)范及設(shè)計(jì)要求。
二、工程指導(dǎo)總方針和工程的組織管理
