第一節 工程簡述
銀河大廈位于濟南市較繁華地帶經七緯二路口西南角，正對東方大廈，
是集營業、高級辦公、培訓中心、職工食堂、職工康樂設施、地下車庫、
地下人防及大型設備房等功能為一體綜合性建筑;總建筑面積為86098m２，
地下三層，地上四十二層，總高度175.60m。該工程主要包括通風空調、消
防、給排水、強電、弱電等系統。
通風空調系統包括地下三層及地上部分的采暖、通風、空氣調節、供
熱及防煙排煙工程，主要設備包括有制冷機組、各類泵、換熱器、空調機
組、冷卻塔、各類風機、風機盤管、蒸汽發生器、蒸汽減壓裝置、水箱、
通風器等。
消防系統包括室內外消火栓系統、自動噴水滅火系統、水幕消防系統、
CO2 自動滅火系統、防火卷簾等部分組成，主要設備包括有各類水泵、噴頭，
