第一章  工程概況
本工程名稱為浙江省富陽市世紀大廈工程。本工程位于浙江省富陽市富陽鎮(zhèn)桂花西路與春秋北路交界處東北側。
世紀大廈工程建筑面積約23696平方米，地下一層，地上十六層，局部十七層，樓高約54.40米。各層層高為：地下室層高3.25米，局部為3.50米；一層為5.30米、二層為4.30米，三層為4.30米，四層～十四層均為2.90米，十五層為3.10米，十六層為2.90米，機房層高為2.90米；室內外高差為0.60米。
一、功能設計
1、地下室：車庫、配電間、消防水池、生活水池、泵房；
2、一層：商場、值班室、消防控制室等；
3、二層：商場等；
4、三層：商場等；
5、四層：住宅；
6、五層：住宅；
7、六層：住宅；
8、七層：住宅；
9、八層：住宅；
10、九層：住宅；
11、十層：住宅；
12、十一層：住宅；
13、十二層：住宅；
14、十三層：住宅；
15、十四層：住宅；
16、十五層：住宅；
17、十六層：屋面層；
18、十七層：機房層。
二、結構設計
本工程結構型式為框架-剪力墻結構。建筑等級為二類，耐火等級一級，抗震設防烈度為6度，框架的抗震等級為四級，剪力墻的抗震等級為三級。

Second, structural design
The project structure type for the frame - shear wall. Rating as Class II construction, fire resistance level of a seismic intensity of 6 degrees, the seismic rating of 4, the seismic shear grade 3.
